(However, please remember Lochside Theatre is staffed entirely by part-time volunteers and you may have to leave a message.)

The Box Office will be staffed 12.00-2.00pm - Mon, Wed, Fri & Sat for personal callers and those who would rather not talk to a machine.

payment and refunds

All reserved tickets must be paid for within 14 days of booking and collected at least 20 minutes before the performance otherwise they may be re-sold.
Tickets booked in advance cannot be exchanged or money refunded unless a performance is cancelled. Please note that no refunds can be given for cancelled reservations.

When applicable, concession tickets are usually available to senior citizens, UB40 holders (proof required), students, children and young people of school age.

special needs

Please advise the Box Office of any special needs requirements in advance of your visit. Facilities include seat reservations, ramp access, induction loop and an adapted toilet.
